What comes in the pack?

Five black fabric grow bags, each labeled 5 gallons and measuring 12.6 inches in diameter × 10.6 inches high. Plants, potting mix, supports and gardening tools shown in the images are not included.

What can I grow in them?

Herbs, flowers, leafy greens and compact vegetable varieties suited to a 5-gallon container. Match the variety and plant spacing to the available root space; larger crops may need a larger container.

Do the bags drain water?

Yes. The porous nonwoven fabric allows excess water to escape. Keep the base draining freely and check the potting mix regularly. Fabric containers can dry faster in hot or windy weather.

Can I reuse and store them?

Empty out the old potting mix, clean the fabric and let it dry fully before folding it away. Inspect the fabric, seams and handles before reuse. Follow any care instructions supplied with your bags.

Make room for something green

A little space.
A garden of your own.

A sunny patio corner. A spot beside the back door. Room for a few herbs you can pick while making dinner.

Maisine Fabric Plant Grow Bags give you five separate containers to arrange around your space. Start with a few favorites and make the setup your own, without building a permanent garden bed.

Fabric that lets water through

Room for roots.
A way for water out.

The porous nonwoven walls let air pass through and excess water drain away. Sewn-in handles give you a grip when arranging your containers.

Unlike a rigid pot, an empty fabric bag folds flat. Clean and dry the bags after use, then tuck them away until you need them again.

Drainage does not make a bag impossible to overwater. Check moisture regularly and keep the base clear of standing water.

From empty bag to planted corner

Open. Fill.
Plant something.

  1. Choose your spot

Open the bag on a level, draining surface with light suited to your plants. Position it before filling.

  2. Add mix and plants

Use potting mix intended for containers. Choose varieties suited to a 5-gallon pot and leave space for watering.

  3. Keep an eye on moisture

Water according to the plant’s needs. Add supports for taller varieties and adjust care as the weather changes.

Empty out the old potting mix, clean the fabric and let it dry fully before folding it away. Inspect the fabric, seams and handles before reuse. Follow any care instructions supplied with your bags.

Will every tomato or vegetable fit?

No. Suitability depends on the variety and mature root system. Compact varieties are a useful starting point; vigorous tomatoes and other large crops may need more space and support.

Can I move a filled bag?

The handles help with repositioning, but wet potting mix can be heavy. Plan the location before filling, check the handles and seams, support the base and avoid dragging or overloading the bag.

Can I put them on a patio or balcony?

Use a stable surface and allow for drainage. Protect decking and floors from moisture or stains, and check any balcony load rules before adding filled containers. These bags are not watertight indoor planters.
